I’m not a small business owner, or a designer, or an artist….but I do love stories about people who leave corporate America and pursue their dream of creating a small business. That is exactly what Tony and Madisyn did. They moved across the country to New Orleans, Louisiana, left cushy corporate jobs, and started their paper company and design studio, Oh Hi Co. Whether you dream of leaving your desk job to pursue a passion project, are an artist needing motivation to turn your skills into a business, or are just in need of a little lighthearted motivation, you’ll love this conversation with Tony and Madisyn. In the spirit of supporting small businesses, I have partnered with Kora Fitness, an athletic apparel company that donates to charity each time you make a purchase. I spend so much time in athletic clothes, so I partnered with Kora to bring Roadmap to the Real World listeners a special discount. Use the code ‘kimiya15’ at checkout to save 15% off your entire order. Their women’s clothes are so cute and made of the most incredible material. The men’s clothing is so stylish and made of amazing quality fabric for in and out of the gym! This holiday season I challenge you to support small businesses, because when you do, you’re supporting a dream.
