I'm joined by good friend Kallie Erickson for the ubiquitous chocolate chip cookie. Everyone's favorite. This recipe takes the basic classic and takes it to a new level, simply by adding oatmeal (and optional chopped nuts—I prefer walnuts, but you can do whatever you like).
