Press One for More Options (or just Press One) is a podcast where two cohosts interview one or more guests. The podcast is conducted over the phone, and the phone calls are scheduled by an automatic robot. The hosts know a rough idea when the call is about to happen, but the guests have no idea. In fact, the guests don't know that they're going to be on a podcast at all until they pick up the phone.
